This recipe is an Acai + Raspberry smoothie bowl. It contains antioxidants, omegas, prebiotics and fiber, all essential for radiant and nourished skin. I’ve also added collagen powder which is like a glue for our skin; it gives it strength, elasticity and replaces dead skin cells, you can only get it from food.
YOU WILL NEED
- Pistachio Nuts
- Coconut Yoghurt
- Teaspoon Acai Powder
- Tablespoon Collagen Powder
- Rose Petals to garnish
Smoothie base: In the blender, combine raspberries, acai powder, collagen powder and coconut yoghurt and blend until creamy and thick. Pour into a bowl.
Top with more raspberries, blueberries, pistachios and rose petals and anything else you would enjoy such as seeds and nuts.
