Herbal Cocktails To Make This Weekend

Herbal Cocktails To Make This Weekend

Brighten up your weekend with these guilt free cocktails consisting of fruit, spices, and herbs!

Too often the alcoholic beverages that we buy and consume are loaded with sugar, especially the pre-mixed kind. My beliefs in life are about balance, which is why I don’t allow myself to cut out foods/drinks completely. Invite your friends over and have fun experimenting, but most of all have fun enjoying these delicious and refreshing cocktails!

USEFUL TIPS

  • The night before, make ice cubes with honey or agave syrup for extra sweetness
  • Be adventurous with your ingredients, add a little more or a little less of specific ingredients to your liking
  • For the chai on the rocks, instead of a black tea chai, use cold brewed coffee instead
  • Coconut syrup can also be used for a refined sugar alternative
  • When going to a friends house, make a jugs worth during the day so you can bring a healthy drink instead of buying pre mixed drinks

Enjoy 🙂
