Recently, I have finally got my hands on the amazing book “You Can Heal Your Life” by Louise L. Hay. It has got me thinking so much about the power of our mind and how our thoughts affect our whole life. I wish I had read this book earlier because it is so inspirational, but then again I fully believe in divine timing and that things happen when they need to.
It has made me think a lot about my own emotional struggles, and in the whole process, I also discovered the root cause of them all.
I decided to sit down, film a video and share with you four of my biggest emotional struggles.
It’s scary to share these things, but I think it’s important to share that we all have our daily struggles and what you may be going through- you’re never alone.
